1.Who can use brevade.com

Brevade.com is intended for adults (18+) representing themselves or a legitimate business. By using the site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have authority to act on behalf of any business whose information you submit
• The information you submit is accurate and truthful
• You are not a competitor scraping our content for commercial purposes
• You will not use the site for any illegal purpose

We may refuse service or terminate access for misuse.

2.What brevade.com provides

Brevade.com provides information about our services, a consultation request form, educational content, and contact information.

Brevade.com does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Information on the site is general; specific advice requires an engagement. Reading or interacting with brevade.com does not create a professional services relationship with Brevade. That relationship begins only when you sign an Engagement Letter with us.

Information on brevade.com is general and not professional advice:

• Not legal advice — We are an accounting firm, not a law firm

If you take action based on information on brevade.com without engaging us, you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for outcomes from such actions.

4.Your submissions

When you submit information through our lead form, you grant Brevade a limited right to:

• Process the submission to respond to your inquiry
• Store the submission in our CRM and email system
• Use the information internally to evaluate fit
• Share with vendors as described in our Privacy Policy
• Retain the information per our retention policy (24 months for non-clients)

You retain ownership of your own information. We do not claim any rights to your business name, financial data, or proprietary information.

5.Intellectual property

5.1 Brevade's content

All content on brevade.com — text, design, code, graphics, the "B" mark, our logo, our color palette, our typography, our brand name "Brevade Tax & Accounting" — is owned by Brevade or licensed to us, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may: view brevade.com, share specific page links, quote brief excerpts with attribution, print or save pages for your own reference.

You may not: copy substantial content for use on your own website, use Brevade's name or logo in your own business, scrape the site commercially, reverse-engineer our service descriptions for a competing firm, or use our content to train AI models without written permission.

5.2 Third-party content

Some content on brevade.com may reference or link to third-party sites. We do not own, endorse, or take responsibility for this content.

5.3 Feedback

If you send us suggestions about brevade.com or our services, you grant Brevade unlimited royalty-free use of that feedback. We will not identify you publicly without your permission.

6.The consultation request form

Our consultation request form is the primary way to inquire about engaging Brevade. When you submit it:

• A Brevade partner reviews your submission within one business day
• We will contact you to schedule a discovery call or politely decline
• Submitting the form does not create an engagement — it begins a conversation
• We are under no obligation to accept every prospect
• You are under no obligation to engage Brevade after the discovery call

Submitting the form means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

7.Communications

By submitting the form or communicating with us, you agree that we may respond via email, phone, or text at the contact info you provide. We will not add you to a marketing list without your separate opt-in. You may opt out by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing info@brevade.com.

8.Disclaimers

We strive to keep the site available and accurate, but the site may experience downtime, content may contain errors or outdated information, and forms may occasionally fail (please contact info@brevade.com if so).

Specifics about our services (tiers, pricing, timelines) will be confirmed in your Engagement Letter when you become a client. Pricing displayed is subject to change with reasonable notice. Brevade makes no warranty about specific business or financial outcomes.

9.Limitation of liability

This limitation does not apply to liability for personal injury, fraud, or intentional misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brevade from any claims arising from your misuse of brevade.com, your violation of these Terms, your submission of false information, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This does not apply to claims arising from Brevade's own misconduct.

11.Termination of site access

We may terminate or restrict your access to brevade.com at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse of our forms, or any reason at our discretion. You may stop using brevade.com at any time. To delete submitted lead form information, see our Privacy Policy.

12.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will update the "Last Updated" date, and for material changes we provide reasonable notice (usually 30 days). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, your remedy is to stop using brevade.com.

13.Dispute resolution

13.1 Good faith negotiation

For any dispute related to your use of brevade.com, please first contact us at info@brevade.com to try to resolve directly. Most disputes can be resolved this way.

13.2 Governing law

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue for any court action is Sacramento County, California.

13.3 Small claims

For disputes under $25,000, either party may bring the matter to California small claims court.

13.4 No class actions

You agree that any dispute with Brevade will be brought individually, not as part of a class action.

14.General provisions

• Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• No waiver — Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce later
• Assignment — You may not assign these Terms. We may assign in connection with a business transfer
• Entire agreement — These Terms (with our Privacy Policy) are the complete agreement regarding your use of brevade.com
• Survival — Sections about IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination

15.Contact us

These Terms of Service apply to your use of brevade.com. If you become a client, your Engagement Letter and §7216 Consent Form govern our professional services in addition to these Terms. v1.0 — Approved by Founders, May 18, 2026.
